Update
After a long period of underground work, we finally can release a new version of GXMame.
This release now uses GTK2 libraries instead of the GTK1.2 ones and has lots of other improvements.
Since I didn't have much time to take care of GXMame these last months, you can thank Benoit Dumont, Priit Laes and Nicos Panayides who joined the project to make this new version possible.
In this new version, you'll find:
New GTK2 based GUI.
Columns layout is editable and sortable.
New tree view (clone games can be folded under original one).
Added a button to suppress a specific game option.
Simplified Chinese translation added.
Fixes to bugs and memory leaks: see the Changelog.

The Debian package is now available at the Downloads Page,

He also have a debian repository on his box so Debian unstable users can

GXMame 0.32 is out, this is mainly a bugfix and contributor patches release, it's working with
X-Mame (0.66.x).
Change some options to works with Xmame-0.66.x (but I kept a backward
compatibility so you shouldn't have problems with older version of
xmame).
Added skip disclaimer and gameinfo options.
Add a support for different keyboard layout.
Added support for catver.ini file from www.catver.com.
Since I received lot of patches for the gamma and brightness options, most of them were the same, so it's
a good to send patches on the Project Page
or directly to the Patches page
so other users will know that this patch had already been submited and will be able to use it or improve it.

of X-Mame (0.66.x).
(not 0.62 as previously stated)

GXMame 0.31 is out, this first release of the year will allow you to use the
X-Mame 0.62 pre-release.
Added new options of xmame-0.62prX
Added icons support (zipped and non zipped).
Added a new view (Indented view).
User can now set additionnal options string.
User can now changes to color of the clones games.
User can now changes the font of the folders and game list.
The Current version of GXMame is not working with the patched 0.62 pre-release of X-Mame,
I'll make a new release of GXMame asap.

One day and one month before Christmas, GXMame is updated to the version 0.30. in this release you'll find:
Added new options of X-Mame-0.61.1
Multiple executables support.
Support zipped screenshots.
Joystick support improved (Faster navigation with left and right) and selection disabled when some dialog boxes are open.
Since Netscape wasn't able to support correctly the CSS layout,
I tweaked my scripts and now Netscape4.x users should be able to see the site almost correctly.
To do that, I was forced to broke some XHTML/CSS Standard (only for Netscape users)
I don't think I'll maintain a bad html version of my site so you may want to change to
Mozilla, Konqueror,
Netscape 6.x, Opera
or any browser displaying CSS.
Documentation
Finally add an html documentation for GXMame, some parts are taken from original
Mame,XMame or Mame32 documentations mostly because I didn't know how to explain some options that I never use.
